MPM007 - 1/1400 V2 Dorsal upgrade for AMT/Round2's Enterprise D kit

These parts are designed to be used with AMT/Round2's 1/1400 scale Enterprise D kit, to bring the model closer to the original 6' filming miniature as it was seen in the TV series and the movie "Star Trek: Generations”. 

They are cast in opaque and/or translucent urethane resin (for lighting purposes) and are designed to either totally replace, or be grafted onto, the stock kit parts with minimal difficulty.

Some preparation of the parts will be necessary (washing away mould release, trimming excess flash etc) before use.

PLEASE NOTE! This is the V2 Dorsal replacement part, featuring a separately cast Main Impulse Engine insert part. This enables the builder to isolate & "lightblock" the part from the surrounding dorsal, allowing greater optional control over lighting the engine (e.g separately switched/triggered by a micro-controller etc).
