Preorders
We offer 2 types of preorder on our site
1) New releases - on some occasions we will make new announced products available to preorder, and the listing will have an expected shipping date
2) Restock preorders - Where possible we take paid preorders for items that can be ordered in our monthly restock of that brand.
- Upon receiving your paid preorder the item will be added to our next restock order.
- We aim to fill all preorders within 30 days.
- If for any reason the item is delayed due to supplier or shipping delays, we will contact you to advise, at this point you will be given the option to wait until the item arrives, have a refund, or move your payment to another item.
- If the item becomes discontinued whilst awaiting the order, you will be contacted and offered a full refund
*Please note, due to how our system calculates shipping costs, any multi item orders including a preorder will be held and shipped in one shipment once the preorder item arrives*
If you are looking to order an item that is out of stock but doesn't have a preorder option, please drop us a message and we can look into this to see if we can take the order.
